TO ENSURE CLIENTS SCHEDULING NEEDS, RESPECT FOR EVERYONE’S TIME AND TO OPERATE AT THE MOST EFFICIENT LEVEL… THE FOLLOWING POLICES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED FOR LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOWS:

To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file. Your card information is securely stored and will only be charged if no-show/cancellation policy is violated

**CARD ON FILE WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS

MOBILE-MENTS AND CASH ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE  PAYMENT METHODS **

At the 5 minute mark you will receive a check-in text. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled to accommodate other clients

FAILURE TO SHOW WILL RESULT IN NO-SHOW POLICY CHARGE

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

24 hours notice is required to cancel ANY appointment. Canceling less than 24 hours results in 50% of the total service price for late cancellation

Rescheduling on the same day of your appointment or less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation

Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% charged to the card on file
